Over the past period, I worked on a series of Doel Festival - 

An annual artistic music festival held in the abandoned town of Doel. 

What started as a simple photography job slowly evolved into a mixed-media project. 

 

The artworks play with contradiction: 

War and celebration,

destruction and liberation, 

existing side by side.

 

That body of work has now become a book.

A carefully curated selection of images.
